i know there's people never seem remove photos phones have stuff on them. heaven forbid lose phone or lose pictures, that's topic. demise of iphoto imminent, how syncing photos idevices. me, i'm still using iphoto purpose. in strange way, find iphoto still best syncing, creating photo books , slideshows, , getting choice photos apple tv's. me, use iphoto library gets photos after going through couple of mas apps. 1 repix resizing photos 2048 pixels on longest edge; other jpegmini trimming fat. result small file looks great on devices can share via emails, facebook, text messaging, etc. don't require lot of bandwidth. best part if recipient wants make print of photos, have more enough resolution since people 4x6's or 5x7's. out of 3000 pictures took (kept) in 2014, "master" files (which keep in dropbox) came out 15gb. repix , jpegmini workflow, same files 1.6gb. optimizes space i'm using on 64gb iphone

hi, i'm writing on behalf of friend in situation sounds fishy me, i'd second opinion. bought product site, , paid using credit card via paypal. product ended being defective. when friend contacted company via email, offered him 20% refund. wasn't happy such small refund on $110 product decided take given. 2 weeks later, yet see sign of refund contacted company again , asked when should expect receive it. turns out they'd given him account credit off next purchase, rather refund. less impressed this, there wasn't going next purchase after mess. when asked actual refund promised, changed tactics , offered 50% refund, wanted bank account number. wrong in thinking could/should refunding paypal account? alarm bells going off else? break paypal policies? i've heard pp buyer-friendly (at least ebay purchases, not sure directly commercial sites), should friend contact paypal, or of legitimate?

hello everyone!!! i´ve done plenty of optibay installation in macbooks, not in imac, although have opened few other repairs. question have install ssd in mid 2010 27" imac, , researching on net, i´ve found these dual hardrive kits, come sata cable , power cable, , glue ssd tape in location of optical drive. easier method installing 12,5mm optibay. concerns: 1.- why there these 2 possibilities? optibay work sata connection , no power? 2.- can use regular 9,5mm optibay used macbooks, or need purchase 1 of 12,5mm? lot in advance!!!   i think you've got few things mixed up. here options adding drives imac: -you can use data doubler kit (optibay) replace dvd drive hard drive. but, you'll stuck using sata 3g ssd drives or have reliability issues sata 6g ssd drives. owc , ifixit sell kit this. -you can add ssd, glued behind dvd drive. allows use 6g ssd drive @ native

my macbook pro out of commission boot yosemite install process cannot completed successfully. learned (after fact) of install issues related homebrew helpful article found out cmd-l open log viewer. i've had 2 unsuccessful installs now. first took 5+ hours. since taking long, left running on night log viewer running. awoke failed install ' line 128,493 - installer log shared buffer ful ' last output in log viewer. figured maybe actual log viewer causing issue, alas second attempt failed , had log viewer open briefly part way through process. without log viewer running, hit same errror (i didn't check line number though...) there way can reenable mavericks move files around in preparation install? don't have hardware mount laptop target disk - if brought machine apple store let me mount mbp , move stuff around minimize install process? else have suggestions?
