AppStore requesting new email after Yosemite update

for unknown reason in appstore on macbook pro after completing yosemite upgrade encountered following issue. there couple apps required updates performed expected. but, 2 apps requiring updates, imovie , iphoto, when trying update them needed required password specific email account of mine. it's not email account i've ever used apple services, junk/all-purpose kind of email. email field greyed out not modify it, , i'm absolutely i've never used apple services. result, these 2 apps remain @ current levels. resolvable , how? what's happened here?
