AC wireless router recommendation
looking reliable ac 1900 router has @ least 1 usb port file sharing range , works both pcs , apple products. router that's easy use, has bult in usage monitor , that's no more $200. own linksys e4200v2.
far i've tried:
linksys wrt1900ac - wasn't happy , want smaller profile , cheaper
netgear night hawk r7000 - didn't user interface , had issues hard drive file sharing.
thinking about:
apple airport extreme - has 3 lan ports, usb port 2.0, has 1 usb port, doesn't have features qos, dlna or ftp.
asus rt-ac68u - seems has features want except internet usage monitor.
usb 3.0 on router gimmick in scenarios cpu cannot handle usb 2.0 speeds on routers. use airport extreme @ home , @ school. @ school head of network 12 expresses acting aps serves 150+ clients. qos not configurable have never felt use on extreme @ least. if 150+ bandwidth hungry clients having speed issues hear quickly!
