i wanted see how many of using/are able use applepay in normal purchasing routines. live in suburbs of detroit...and i've been able use applepay 1 time since getting iphone 6 on launch day. i've tried use many times, no joy. traveling christmas , haven't been able use it. that's bit frustrating. i'd love able use it, nfc devices few , far between me...and places have them either don't work, don't have them turned on, employees don't know how use them or business has them turned off because don't want support applepay (best buy). has been experience applepay it's been out few months?   i've used maybe dozen times. limited cards allowed use retailers enabling nfc. being said it's @ start seeing phones there don't support apple pay yet. apple pay responsible 1% of digital payment dollars in november, popular @ whole foods

hi all, simple question -- i've got huge music library on mac , want able listen music through itunes when i'm in windows. i've manually changed itunes library mac directory , tried holding shift when opening itunes set library mac part. when latter says it's on locked disk , don't have write permissions. appreciate when in windows, can't write hfs+ formatted partition. want play music in library, , import windows. don't need make changes or write data -- want able play music without having duplicate library/recreate playlists. have ideas? ---------- it's okay, answered own question. copied mac itunes library pasted windows. it's got songs ... problem need manually point each file mac side. other ideas? ---------- answered own question again. reset itunes media folder location mac partition , worked. tl;dr: 1) copy itunes library file mac windows 2) hold shift , open itunes, point library 1

so... bought wife macbook air birthday in august. entry level, 128gb version, running mac os 10.9. software intsalled on microsoft office 2010 had hanging around, enabling word/excel. (occasionally, brings work home). other that, she's light user - typically email , browsing - thought 128gb version fine her. oh yes, , manages 16gb iphone 5 around 60% full. didn't think check disk space after installing office, since additional software installed. anyhow - thought i'd upgrade macbook yosemite last night - , went well. however, did 'get info' on disk, , shows 31gb available on hard disk i'm starting think shouldn't have been such cheapskate , bought more expensive model i'd have been ok 60gb or free, 31 seems insanely low , she's used light browsing far. anyhow: i'm wondering if yosemtie has kept backup of load of mavericks junk or after update? there can clean out regain space? suggestions before yo
