printer issues - portrait - landscape

i have hp photosmart b8550 printer printing 13 x 19. use 11 x 17.

lately if try print autocad dwg @ 11 x 17 prints in portrait mode. if change print setup landscape mode - prints in portrait mode. printed files pdf files , used preview print : portrait = portrait, landscape = portrait. i'm ready scream.

works - wasted 1 hr , have whole bunch of drawings printed across middle of page.

printer hooked on usb port , i'm running yosemite (mid 2010 macbook pro)

aaargh!

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
