DCIM Folders out of control

why have 20 (yes twenty) dcim folders when connect iphone 6 plus (ios 8.1) pc try pull work pics? crazy! have 2 or 3. can undo rats nest? it's going take me 1/2 hour find pics.
going paste screen shot of folders here when select "insert image" says have choose url. (?) guess have 2 questions now.
 

can't first 1 let pics flow through icloud/photostream , not worry dcim folders.

second, insert image pics hosted on web. local images need attach them via paperclip icon.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
