'Setting up your Mac' staying on screen

i downloaded yosemite last night. going run through morning son got before me. said asked questions, answered , have big grey box on screen saying setting mac....
supposed happen? have no idea has done, if anything. can please advise? thank
 

sounds normal shouldn't stay on "setting up..." page more few minutes (the 4 have done 2-3mins @ iirc).

before page (again iirc), asked appleid password, can enter afterwards think.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
