iPhone Any other free alternatives to iBlacklist?

tried kuaidial ios7&8. seemed send busy signal when number placed in whitelist whitelist setting.

putting number in blacklist , setting blacklist lets ring. seems backwards, doesn't it?

tried smsninja didn't block number. other free alternatives send busy signal. parents' iphone 4 getting bombarded telemarketers.
 

none know of, can suggest solution.

use ringers , tones. allows me set contacts have notifications silent (or combination thereof).

have 1 contact ("blocked caller") add annoying number , apply silent ringtone it. ringer , tones set calls contact silent. no notifications.

of course, downside number have let come through once , add it. , of course won't work caller id not display number. , allows caller leave vm.

don't answer phone on numbers not in contact list works me.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
