Call of Duty 2 glitchy on 2013 iMac

i popped in call of duty 2 today first time in few years, having never played before on 2013 imac. while configuring settings in game menu mouse freeze few seconds, , respond again movement, freeze again, etc. once in single player game, same thing happened. game freeze few seconds @ time on regular basis.

causing this?

edit: noticed call of duty 2 on app store 1.3.1, , have version 1.3, latest game can updated when installed disc. assume in order work need buy app again apple? looking very, crooked.
 

if recall correctly, 1.3.1 version fixed minor problem specific download version of game. don't need patch , wouldn't problem anyway.

own download version , shows same problems experiencing. never found fix, according forum post found somewhere (i'll see if can find again, might take while…), allegedly happens when run game fast drive ssd. if recall correctly, guy post "fixed" problem running game sd card.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
