All iPads iPad not charging while playing X-com EW

i started playing x-com enemy within battery @ 100% , ipad plugged 12w original charger.
7 hours later ipad @ 12% battery! 88% battery drain in 7 hours?

how can battery drain while ipad in use when plugged 12w charger? charges slow when playing not draining of battery?!

have played x com enemy unknown many times , never experianced battery drain before on app or game.
 

did charge right 100% once stopped playing, else same?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
