Task or Project Management ?

im hoping of can me in quest software assist work streams. unsure if project or task management software suit needs.

need in can document various actions / tasks need completed , in particular order. ideally can pull project each year same tasks or set of instructions can completed.

example of setting particular residential training course every year. have list of actions booking accommodation , catering producing individual content , collecting key week before. of these items listed under heading of "6 weeks before" , on, know need completing these items @ various stages or weeks before.

may say, why don't document or create list in word, many applications about, there must 1 in can make use of? happy pay right software didn't want spend £100s. syncing across macs great. if came iphone app, , advantage not compulsary?

have looked @ "things" looks little expensive is, although suspect far more have yet realised.

help, appreciated.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
