Music and the Cloud

i have had cell/smartphones on 20 years , have done lot of rooting of smartphones. but, when comes social side idiot.

upgraded low data family nation plan 15gb family share plan. have half of memory available on 64gb 6+. not real heavy accumulating , listening songs. but, may change that. have several playlists on phone listen to. mine imported , downloaded store.

question: 15gb there reason me imatch and/or put music in cloud. assume once there lost, although up. and, incur high data usage when streaming listen songs??

there delays on listening streamed music on cellular?

dumb questions, know more social savvy guys. never did cloud before.

comments, suggestions welcome--:)

thought memory availability on phone , light moderate music listening, have no need cloud. may wrong--:apple:

the actual streaming of songs via itunes match can use significant amount of data. download of playlists iphone since that's listen most. rest of library stream on itunes match.

need connection stream songs. requires bit stronger of data connection pandora. there aren't delays or anything, it's playing songs if on device itself.
