iCloud Drive Document Picker goes away on its own

wondering if anyyone else seeing annoying problem -

ipad air running 8.1.
call icloud drive document picker, , trying click or scroll through folders or files, doc picker recedes bottom of screen , disappears. won't stay open/active.

i've done hard reset on ipad , problem persists. have 5 gigs of data on icloud drive.
 

i same problem variety of apps trying use icloud drive, suggests me not apps, server-side problem apple. wouldn't surprise me @ @ moment.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
