Ran into a print problem.

so i'm still learning, , export jpegs people @ 50% or 100% quality setting around 80. friends tried 1 of them printed yesterday tho , called saying came out distorted. assumed cuz jpeg, , figured should send em tiff. solve problem? should worry dpi setting @ print work? leave @ 300 @ times. unskilled still print work, haven't had experience yet giving people exact resolutions/ratios/dpi/etc.

when comes iso, there maximum should try not hit print work?
 

why save , give them @ less full, original size? save @ full resolution, 100% quality next time.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
