Cover art missing on TV shows on iPhone/iPad

itunes 12.0.1.26 on windows 8.1
iphone 6 plus 8.1, ipad mini retina 8.1

have lots of tv shows transfer tivo , add episode information, season, episode, cover art, etc. shows fine in itunes, once gets iphone or ipad, cover art gone. each file has album art , verified going 'get info.' grey background show name on iphone/ipad. couple of shows show art, don't. ones have art don't show episode itself....just grey background. randomly movies.

not problem on itunes 11 , 7.x versions of ios. can complete?

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
