Apps doesn't start after bounce on dock

i'm not able load alfred, chrome, vlc, coda, sublime text, etc etc, few apps working after normal reboot.

thing going crazy, example preference pane date & time gives error "could not load date & time preference pane".

i've repaired disk permissions , doesn't fix anything.

similar problems?

well, nobody anser got fix problems re installing osx.
i've never need in other mac in more 12 years using mac.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
