Unable to restart macbook

i have turn off manually, whenever go update or restart update, mac close everything, hang there, can access dock , everything.

 

please use system information view s.m.a.r.t. status of disk/drive of os x startup volume. status verified?

use disk utility verify hfs plus file system. appear ok?

if file system appears ok:

1. reproduce shut down/logout problem (the problem seems prevent restart)
2. use key chord sysdiagnose @ time of problem; patient not expect end result presented automatically
3. when next start os x, use feedback assistant; include result of sysdiagnose.

after feedback apple, can try following:

• with terminal, run first command below
• copy terminal output, paste topic
• be prepared enter admin password @ command line
• run second command below.
