Safe to tape charger? Please help!

i'm new here, i'm not sure if right section...anyway, wire of charger mac got damaged quite bit (probably mouse).

question is, safe use electrical tape on it? rubbery coating has gotten destroyed, , insulation inside opened enough can see wire underneath. i'm on mobile now, please excuse crummy pic.

(my warrenty long gone, way, , i'm dead broke).

although outer shield drstroyed, inner wires appear have insulation. if there 'bare' wire showing, not use charger! if can afford $5... j-b weld - plastic weld @ home depot. used fix lightning cable. mix 2 parts together, , form fit around cable. 3 hours dry plastic. again: not use if bare metal wires showing! not electrical tape.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
