Please tell me why anyone would go with a smartwatch??

i curious reasons.

reasons never use 1 (should careful throwing n-word out there):

can't work independent of phone carry around , can @ enough.

can't wear @ work, why bother?

have charge it.

pretty expensive save me few seconds pull phone out of pocket.

regardless of designs it, wrists toooo small normal watches , smart watches, apple's (which nice design imo) bulky.

guessing not water resistant? more restrictions on device.

why use 1 or want one?
 

because tech <3

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
