Maverick Installation using dual drive. Need help

hi guys,

have been reading ages, since throw away fracking laptop windows xp on , bought real computer fancy , robust operating system... yeah mac book pro ;)

bought western digital black2 128gb of ssd , 1tb of high speed hd. knew called windows drive! shame on them, initiate 1tb partition using windows , i'm ready install mavericks on 128gb , use 1tb user's folders.

i'm not quite sure how should setup installation use primary disk install os dependent files, applications folder , such , tell os initiate users folder (on secondary drive)

first idea install mavericks on drive, out, plug previous installation (the 720gb build in drive) , use symbolic link move away folders secondary drive.

far see need of moving away /users folder since other seems crucial functionality. library can become big, guess better keep on ssd speeding things.

hope 128gb won't full fast, wanna keep caching on it. maybe create symbolic link inside /applications games , other not-so-important-to-load-fast applications.

need tho!
there better way achieve this? have hack system symbolic link refers secondary drive? found kinda... hacked :)

let me know please.
or if have link, happy read it

thanks!
cheers
elmo
