Any of the new mac mini's good machine's for editing 4k video?

as title say's... im no computer expert , wondering if of new mac mini's capable 4k video editing machine's? or if should looking elsewhere. using various software's editing. need solid, stable machine handle 4k footage editing stability , not crash! have preferred mini's on years can connect screen of choice seems new mac mini's aren't upgradable anymore :/ intel iris gc handle 4k? also, restrictions on 4k output mac mini's 4k screens?

it's base iris gpu , not iris pro. way connect 4k monitor (officially) thru hdmi port @ 30hz. believe have been able connect 4k dp ports @ 50hz (unofficial). whether cpu can 4k encoding @ reasonable speed doubtful. wouldn't plan on basic consumer grade box handle 4k video (especially without quad core cpu). these meant bring casual user macos , meant replace workstation (although 2012s on cusp of ability).
