This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a diff

trying update apps on wife's iphone, few apps, not all, i'm getting following message, "this update not available apple id either because bought different user or item refunded or cancelled." (weirdly enough, they're free.)

i've tried googled solutions (signing in & out of itunes store & icloud) no avail. i've tried restarting device.

suspect home sharing bug culprit, device used signed in icloud account , on hers home sharing on, i'm not sure. if has run or has suggestion remedy, i'd grateful.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
