Removing iPad from Apple Account/iCloud

i know there many posts on here , other forums none seem andwer question.

have ipad air need remove account selling it. still have in posession, last night disabled imessage , signed out of icloud on (which disabled find iphone). did erase settings , content. thought trick.

signed icloud.com morning , still shows 1 of devices if go settings. interestingly doesn't show macbook air though still in use , has icloud enabled on (but show in find)!

inow can remove devices through find iphone section of icloud.com, signed out of before erasing ipad no longer shows there.

need set , follow different method removing me it, or can within icloud.com?

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
