Updated to 10.10.2, computer won't start

i upgraded 10.10.2... happens mac boots, , progress won't reach 50% before apple logo replaced circle line going through it. i've tried booting recovery repair disk, , repair disk permissions. no problems found error persists. luck have time machine disk overseas.

having issue? how go fixing this?!
