Question when receiving a call?

hello all,
feel dumb asking question can tell me how this?

when phone not asleep , receive call, can choose forward call voicemail or send caller text message.

when phone asleep , receive call, can slide answer call or set reminder (?). there way can add functionality send sms when receive call while phone asleep?

i've owned iphone 4gs 3 years , i'm getting around trying figure out how this.

 

dont feel bad, asking myself same thing yesterday.
im still not sure how send text when cant answer , talk caller while phone locked.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
