iOS needs to improve handling of third party VoIP calls

current voip calls on ios unuser friendly. *when incoming call comes in google hangouts shows banner number , no name. *if call comes in while screen locked have unlock screen first call. *usually time have missed call. *third party calls should work iphone dialer, should take whole screen access contacts caller id. *it should give option accept or reject call in addition being able answer call without entering passcode lock. *here 2 pictures of difference between way ios handles hangout call vs how android handles it: ios - https://www.dropbox.com/s/zvynnubwe3a3dgu/ios hangout call.png?dl=0, android -*https://www.dropbox.com/s/85dewkoo5340wcr/android hangouts call.png?dl=0.
 

but apple's incentive allow this? rather have idevice users use facetime , facetime voice.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
