iPhone 4 with broken screen - retrieve info how? Hlp please

ok, asked me retrieve information iphone 4 only. not want reset or erase, want info phone. reset not option , have never backed up. don't want pay new screen or otherwise, want songs , pics off phone.
apparently, dropped in toilet or something, did rice things dry out screen no longer works. black, no lights @ all. not sure if touchscreen works or not.

1) have been able charge
2) have been able connect itunes (my computer, not hers, never been synced on one)
3) have no idea screen holds because black.

here issue. has passcode. cannot see contents of phone unless passcode inputed (apparently). again, not being able see if phone on or not, have no idea screen holds.

1) tried install newest version of itunes, same thing, needs passcode.
2) claims has never backed before
3) claims computer used phone doesn't work anymore
4) tried ifunbox, won't connect without passcode in itunes.

lot of unknowns here working have (and free, don't mind, friend friend). on one? need see contents of phone , copy them usb or computer, maybe easier said done, huh?
 

unfortunately without being able enter passcode you're pretty dead in water. if touchscreen working might able enter passcode blindly. slide unlock, passcode, yes dialog box asking trust computer.

iphone 4 screens pretty cheap. $15 or on ebay, if data important if might worth getting new screen.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
