yosemite on iMac freezes on startup. I believe the issue is related to bluetooth/wifi

this first experience mac freezing, truthfully. i'm not sure issue is, may have existed start never turn imac off, asleep. happened when stopped communicating bluetooth keyboard after changing batteries. did clear pram in case may have been issue bluetooth. suspect may involve wifi and/or bluetooth because makes way desktop, freezes when looks bluetooth devices or wifi signal. wifi used before connect wireless printer.

notice dock never shows before freezes.

tried booting single user mode , disabling bluetooth on startup. wrote small perl script , interestingly fails move bluetooth related .kext , .plist files somewhere else (i got idea apple.stackexchange). script doesn't throw errors.

furthermore, can't seem either turn on networking ssh or mount simple usb drive. i'm looking thunderbolt firewire adaptor can try that.

there particular reason why in single user mode can move , create files via bash not script? i'll try set uid bit see if permissions issue.

if push comes shove , can't this, there safe way downgrade factory os without losing data? went 10.6 10.10. yeah missed quite few intermediary os's. sue me.
