OS X Steam version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution crashing on Mavericks

i purchased director's cut of de: hr off steam sometime , figured few weeks off, may started on backlog of games. game keeps crashing @ random times, not sure why. getting white screen, , generic "you can press key or wait few seconds restart" message os x.

looked on feral website , around other sites can't find related this. specs i7 @ 3.5ghz, 8gb ram, gtx 780m on mavericks.

have suggestions? i've verified cache integrity. can continue on in mission after restart, inevitably crash again few minutes later in random location.
 

submit copy of crashlog in support ticket feral interactive. they're responding , troubleshooting these issues.

record, i've not experienced such issues in either mavericks or yosemite on 2011 mbp.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
