iPhone Reminders app icon - no badge notification icon?

at point reminders app stopped showing badge app icons notifications. i've done full restore of phone , still have problem. every , badge app icon show up, seems random , shows later time reminder scheduled for. else? ideas? thanks!

edit: iphone 6 , 5s both on 8.1.2
 

it's been pretty since @ least ios 7. badge show later time of reminder. takes opening app happen other times might not until happens on own bit later.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
