Airdrop/Handoff/Bluetooth from iOS to Mac not working

as per title, reason airdrop, handoff etc working mac iphone not other way around.

can't airdrop phone mac (it never sees it) can't mac appear in bluetooth search , handoff iphone mac isn't working reliably. id add has been working, though have no idea caused work - seems work reliably mac iphone.

i'm starting wonder if bluetooth chip on rmbp faulty, i've done has ever suggested reset, rebooted, signed in , out of icloud, turned bluetooth, wifi, icloud on/off, reset pram, reset smc, fixed permissions dozens of time, deleted bluetooth plist, emptied bluetooth cache.

iphone still not see rmbp..

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
