Dinged-up "new" iPhone 6+ from ebay...

[edit] decided go ahead , return (and shipped off morning). input.

got impatient , bought 6+ ebay, advertised on listing being new. seller not individual (they have company site , email address) , have 100% positive feedback.

phone got here today. box , accessories brand new, , phone looks new, exception of scuff/scrape on top left corner.

emailed seller , responded quickly, apologetic , assured me phone indeed new, taken out of box activate , remove sim. said possible phone came apple , didn't notice (and i've seen several threads on here issue, @ least plausible).

offered either full refund return shipping paid, or $50 refund if i'm willing deal scrape.

seems work fine, has perfect screen, no bend (hah), etc... have loud vibrate motor i'm worried caused whatever caused scrape (which have been drop), again, seems hit-and miss issue plaguing iphone 6+es, have been luck of draw one.

looking input y'all. think i'm ok scrape i'm worried warranty issues down line - though maybe worry unfounded.

guys think?

looks terrible. wouldn't take $50 live that.

cosmetic defects out of box can happen whether apple or ebay i'd return full refund , try again.
