TSA cracked my Macbook Pro; I have a SquareTrade warranty. What do I do?


hi guys, haven't posted in while on here.

pretty much, 2012 15" macbook pro gt650m has been cracked (yes, took reasonable measures when checking in flight!) ... didn't want take carry on because had camera equipment me (much more expensive!).

in case, has small crack on side shown in images below.

luckily have squaretrade warranty accidental damage; have questions though.

how go claim without getting resistance them?
fix or replace laptop?
if i've upgraded hdd ssd have voided warranty them?
have experience claims squaretrade? advice?
