Scrolling through iMessage photos sometimes doesn't work

has else had happen since latest update:

if go imessage , either details @ pics or select one.. if swipe won't swipe stutters , won't swipe next photo. tapping won't bring done button either. if pause few seconds let me scroll (mostly not) or done button come back.

i've shut down phone , restarted closed imessages , still happens.

can scroll fine in photos app.

happens on 6 plus not on ipad air.

both on same version 8.1.1

iphone 6+ 64gb on 8.1.1
haven't deciphered "this works" vs "this doesn't work" issue.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
