MacBook Pro 3 beeps randomly while sleeping.

hey guys, have late 2011 13" macbook pro 500gb sshd , 6gb of ram (thankfully integrated gfx) beeps 3 times while sleeping. i've reinstalled os x , put new hard drive in it. also, have tested ram, reports working fine.

appears when going 'safe-sleep' or 'hibernation'. when this, have hold power button. i've tried instructions this page. (a.k.a sudo pmset -a hibernate mode 1), annoying wait macbook reawaken (progress bar) after sleeping couple of seconds.

anyway, sorry if post long, wanted include proper information.

(and yes, i've reset pram/smc)
