Buying advice for an older but unused Macbook (UK)

first post , asking on behalf of girlfriend.

wants buy macbook, don't have money newer model, there anywhere in uk can buy unused older versions of macbooks?

forgive naivety, i'm (*whispers* laptop user) wanted research , looks great place ask experts.

tbh can't think of anywhere can old unused macs. might see them on ebay unboxed , never used, these models of historic interest , therefore expensive.

why bias against second-hand macbook?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
