i'm building website right now, , following scenario has presented , i'm unsure if affects seo or not.

website needs divided in 2 sections. 1 single company 1 area gives consulting services , other area develops software, related consulting services give.

want keep them separate this:

domain: www.domain.com. here there 2 links:

- 1 www.domain.com/consulting/
- www.domain.com/software/

want able change consulting side software side, not able return root (www.domain.com).

how affect seo of website? (not having links root)

i've seen www.flexerasoftware.com similar, established company might not affected this.

help.:)
 

it's best if navigate home page every sub page.

1 way have logo link home page. or can have breadcrumbs. google checks usability, if user has keep hitting button, it's not usable.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
