Please help: Keyboard changes in Yosemite/MS Office

hi, i'm new :)

upgraded yosemite , having trouble keyboard in ms office. since work in software 8 hours day, going mad. please me return old settings!

(1) "undo" undoes 1 letter @ time while speed typing (it used full word or string of words). not makes pointless versus hitting delete button, fills undo cache meaningless actions should ever want undo more important.

(2) arrow keys no longer work move textbox , shape positions in powerpoint, making fine adjustments impossible. else works expected... why?

(3) keyboard has been finicky connecting , keys not input until turn off , on again or restart computer. battery power near full , never had problems before.

note: using japanese keyboard , switching between , japanese input (though have done years without problems).

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
