Just picked up my MacBook from repair, they dented it!

hey, picked macbook pro, there sleep/wake problem it, been there since bought 1 year ago. got tired of decided hand in since still have warranty on it. got home see repair guys have dented corner of it. it's on screen corner actual body corner, it's not huge didn't see @ store. it's visible! don't know now, cause didn't notice @ store can dropped myself! annoying, i've been without month , can't prove didn't drop myself. have ideas can do? gonna go tomorrow, if dropped myself?

btw, replaced entire motherboard fix sleep/wake problem.

was there damage noted genius upon receipt of mac? if not, have recent before pictures show there no dents? take multiple pictures of recent damage.

call apple , polite. let person know appreciative motherboard replaced fix ongoing problem. however, damage done computer did not see until left store. make sure call receiving customers. best bet. may turned away but, @ least give @ try.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
