Apps requiring location services crash instantly (iPhone 6)

hi all. i'm trying resolve issue user's iphone @ work. since upgrading 6 - apps requiring location services crash second opened. tried rebooting phone, disabling/enabling location services, making sure ios date - no avail. solutions? many thanks.
 

have tried narrow down culprit app - turn off location services apps, , turn them on 1 @ time , see if phone crashes. app widgets in notification centre -any apps there requiring location services?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
