Toshiba v63600-C External HDD not working with iMac

i have 1t toshiba v63600-c external drive used once backup dvr; i've had yr. has ton of memory left. attempting use imac backup files. external drive icon appears on screen, won't let me transfer on files. can eject drive well.

it's 2010 imac, toshiba drive usb 2.0 , connected in back. use wireless keyboard , trackpad. troubleshooting suggestions? in advance.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
