iPhone Cellular data (per-app) settings

hi, isn't issue find easy describe... bear me please.

first of have iphone 4s, ios 7.1.2 jailbreak.
so, when go "options"->"celular data" can toggle celular data , "use 3g" on , off. bellow list of apps have used online data while on 3g, , can toggle decide whether specific app authorised use celular data or not.

@ point, in order save 3g data (as can use 200mb per month) turned off apps, except 1 or two. closing , re-opening menu switches of these apps on, , worse part is, when opening them "celular data turned off app x" warning.

i'm not sure what's causing this... appreciated.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
