iPad Air won't restore.

hello
yesterday while browsing on ipad air suddenely switched off , went black screen shows lightning cable pointing itunes logo.
hooked ipad upto itunes , seemed take ages respond went through extracting software bit,then went waiting ipad.
after quite while itunes came cannot restore ipad error 4013.
tried apple says do,use usb,turn imac off again,make sure imac , itunes updated,but same thing happened saying cannot restore.
thing have'nt tried try again on computer,not sure work though.
has else come across this,the ipad 9 months old,would apple if took store,or there else can do?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
