Image Capture Extension Issue

have late 2009 imac 4gb memory. getting increasingly slower process, browse , open folders. @ first thought aperture (which chronically slow open , work on images).

however, when open activity monitor, notice image capture extension using 10.86gb of memory.

extension causes machine go slow (even aperture closed down)? how can close extension? need open other tasks?

putting ram machine help? (my hard drive still 25% free)

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
