Yosemite desktop blinking, menubar not appearing, fan 100%

so tried installing 10.10 via update, fresh install it's own flash drive , nothing seems work same exact problem
tried site here http://www.macambulance.co.uk/mac-os-finder-stuck-crash-loop/ didn't work, tried solution of changing dashboard overlay off. nothing seems work... goes 100% fan (which never has done before) desktop keeps blinking, apple logo in corner disappears , has black bar run entire screen down. have never ever had issue, can't reboot have hard reboot pressing , holding power button. have had reinstall os x mavericks flash drive still have 10.9.5 10.10 doesn't seem work @ all... honest feels me if apple didn't enough testing on it. don't have third party apps other fan control app, , dnscrypt should not affect in way in least...
had reload mavericks until finish work need working mac tomorrow. highly dissapointed os x 10.10 never had issue os x on 2011 macbook pro core i5, 16gb of ram, ran smoothly 10.6 way through 10.9.5 until now... thank god time machine

yosemite flashing desktop missing dock

last resort, followed suggestion thought bit frivolous. desperately trying 2009 macbook ready granddaughter's birthday. goes - had 1 account, administrative account in yosemite. added standard account , voila desktop picture no longer flashing.
assuming have lot of data in admin acct have been using, make new std acct adm acct , convert original adm acct std acct.
how do that? system preferences>users & groups>unlock padlock clicking on , providing user name , password>click on log in options>select user account wish change if have more 1 account>check or uncheck allow user administer computer.
if have 1 account, click on lock , enter user name , password>click on + symbol in lower left hand corner of left pane>set new user account user name (probably should different) , password (which can same) , check or uncheck whether wish account user administrator. and, if fortunate selecting non-user account (the user account desktop still flashing), won't have flashing screen in standard account. installing software or making various changes in standard account require admin acct. user name , password, don't have log out , log in admin acct or shut down , reboot.
fringe benefit of running standard account is immune revealed vulnerability in yosemite hackers!
