Verizon Gift Card - Phone not received

has else gotten email re: recycle program?
morning received email vzn recycling program - subject contained words gift card enclosed.
when read contents of email, stated had not yet received phone , gave detailed instructions on how return phone. phone sent on september 20th. more confusing email has full details of gift card .. amount, number, pin etc. when check status says paid.

call customer service number says call later, high call volume. makes sense of email has gone out thousands of people.

wanted know if can "pay" vzn bill has 0 balance , have them use credit towards next bill on auto-pay. if knows answer question, please share. if , when talk them, post answer question.

update: call vzn billing - gift card good. did in fact receive old phone. can pay bill online, accept portion pays bill , leave balance on gift card use next time.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
