Tumult Hype 2 - Adobe Flash Replacement?

looking create animations with, animated features , comics, other flash. i've used flash before - , wondering if tumult hype 2 (able create animations flash) instead uses html5?

there flash can hype 2 can't? , vice versa? can draw in hype can in flash? curious, there other apps out for wanting started in creating , drawing animations?

it's in app store btw.

edit: looks may not i'm looking for. adobe flash professional, exactly? export , create in flash (flash player) or merely share same name player, totally different?

edit: i've been using flash cc little bit, , while i'm refiguring out again, i've more or less figured out answers questions.

flash cc supports html5, cool.
 

what kind of animation trying do? yeah, hype more making fancy webpages.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
