Apple great customer service


so yesterday mother called me frantically because dropped iphone 5c , screen unresponsive. when bought phone did apple care plus , has at&t phone insurance didn't know should do. went ahead , set apple genius bar appointment.

first wanted go at&t store see say, go apple store because had apple care+. got apple store hour , half our appointment decided wait. 1 of attendees @ genius bar decided , check if icloud backed since screen had bad lcd , here info lost while lcd being repaired. apparently system showed nothing had been backed except few emails. once again mother little devastated fact might lose pictures , contacts.

after waiting until our scheduled time came on , greeted , explained mother , hour them repair lcd, since knew had been there long offer new 5c out having wait. mother @ point didn't care because still sad losing phone info. 5c , start setting , enters icloud info phone , employee says oh great phone did @ 4am morning. mother in tears. few minutes later of stuff started showing on phone. apple didn't charge 1 cent phone replacement. needless bought apple care+ iphone 6 plus.


sorry long post, felt there negative post in regards apple add 1 positive.
 

they never charge replacement phone because have applecare plus. glad worked out mom.
