Why is iTunes transferring purchased apps after upgrading to iOS 8?

i upgraded iphone 4s ios 6 ios 8. before doing upgrade, had itunes backup 4s. think @ point, have transferred purchased apps computer.

after upgraded ios 8, had itunes backup 4s again, , "transferring purchases iphone 4s" - 100 apps. not sure why it's doing - it's not bought 100 apps right after upgrading. makes me wonder if i'll end having duplicate apps within itunes. going restore backup on new iphone 5s - maybe i'll end duplicate apps on 5s?
 

before ios 8, far can tell, placing apps in itunes iphone never done @ . unless told itunes transfer purchases.

idea apps itunes don't have them icloud. when backing itunes, may documents , data stored in app, don't when have redownload app icloud.

if want update apps in library newer software updates, have click on 'transfer purchases" manually.

every single time tell itunes backup iphone, if click on ' transfer purchases ' transfer apps have updated software updates ran on iphone not copied itunes regular backup

clear. if purchase ' facebook ' , trasferrs facebook library @ next backup. software updates ' facebook ' never copied itunes , unless tell to


apple says may delete apps , media stores, , may not able them back. unless backup.. have never seen this. every single app , media have , deleted, stores can using icloud , not having touch itunes @ all

not recommend relying 100 % on apple keeping apps pulled though. please not misunderstand me

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
