iMac w/Parallels or VM Ware and remote access Qs

hi,

pc convert here, , happy macbook air user past couple of years (along whole family). on mba have installed parallels w/w7 run standalone business software need. works flawlessly, never issue.

moving home office work space hire admin assistant, need workstation. i'm thinking imac workstation do. office work, documents, email, browser-based tools, , running 1 windows software program, doesn't require much.

questions: (sorry if don't phrase these well)
1) if remote access imac computer needed can access/run installed windows remotely, best handled mac mac, launch parallels or vm ware, or best handled par or vmw remote capabilities?

2) need able print remote printer in location also. change things in #1?

3) may need run software concurrent admin while logged on , using software without kicking off or taking on screen. isn't "must have" or deal breaker, 1 solution allow , doesn't? software allow multiple instances.

4) in one, 1 cord simplicity of imac , assume there no reason use mini , add printer, keyboard , mouse. there?

in advance thoughts or insight.

1. can setup remote access in vm itself. install teamviewer in vm itself, instance (and not in os x side), run it.

2. assuming printer on lan, set vm use bridged connection (instead of nat) , you'll fine. vm appear additional computer on lan.

3. assuming admin logged os x side , not using vm, can. install remote software within vm itself , not interfere os x side whatsoever.

4. peripherals, such keyboard, mouse , printer shared between vm , host (os x). there's no need set of peripherals vm. it's how you're using parallels on macbook air.
